I guess you all long know the TED post on Internet Filter Bubbles. Today, I feel just like this. Some weeks ago I did a seminar presentation on i3 and Chord and the typical amount of research in google scholar, citeseerx, ... . Currently, I try to get an overview over hashing based image retrieval and then, this happened to me several times:

I mean I understand that Chord has quite a citation count, and that hashing is also an important part of that. But why is it the same for a general search for "image retrieval"?
